I have been working in the building trades since high school. Early in my career I worked for Western Exterminator Company in California, which is a Pest control and Termite inspection company. Here I learned all phases of construction repair of WDO (wood destroying organisms) damage in residential homes. This included general repairs of the roof to the water damage in a bathroom or kitchen to the foundation.
Later moving to Washington State I worked in a local door shop giving me the inside views of all the trim and finish carpentry of a home.
Moving on I went to work for a pest control company in Seattle. Here I stayed on for more than 10 years performing Termite inspections and pest control in both commercial and residential.
In 2004 I obtained my Real Estate license. After a year I decided I needed to find other ways to make money as I found the Real Estate business was not for me. So I went back to what I know best which is inspecting. Being introduced the Home Inspection industry in 2005 I went to work for a nationwide company, later working for a small local firm. While building clientele for home inspecting I acquired my contractor’s license and started my own repair business. Now I do less repair work and am focused on continuing to build my business as Eagle Home Inspections.
Now with almost 30 years of experience since high school behind me. I bring to you a great diversity of knowledge that gives you confidence in knowing the condition of the home you are about to purchase.
